I'm back to feeling 100%. What a crazy four weeks. It makes me smile to type that I actually accomplished everything on my training plan this week. No exceptions. (Well...a little switching, but I still got it done.)

WEDNESDAY: 3 miles speedwork Done
THURSDAY: TA strength work Done
FRIDAY: 3 easy miles + TA strength work Ran 6 mile long run
SATURDAY: TA strength work Done
SUNDAY: 6 mile long run Ran three miles + strength work
