RECIPE: Kyle's Garlic Shrimp

Kyle made dinner Sunday night – delicious! It's a tapas recipe we copied from our favorite restraunt, San Chez. Even the girls love this one. Best part...so very, very, easy!

Kyle's Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound, cleaned and butterflied shrimp
olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2-4 cloves of chopped garlic

Directions
Heat enough olive oil in a cast iron pan to cover about 1/2 inch up the pan. Add the garlic. Once the garlic is slightly browned, add the shrimp and cook it until no longer pink (2-3 minutes max.)

Serve with salad. (Or eat them straight out of the pan!)

  1. Looks very good, olive oil is what i cook in most of the time, salmon, cod, shrimp, it gives it a great flavor. Looks like hubby is handling the cooking chores pretty well too.

  2. First, I love this shrimp recipe and look forward to it when Kyle cooks.

Secondly, I am not happy that scammers and the like are going to personal blogs and "posting" their information. I hoped that we would not have to deal with them here.

You have such a great blog and the comments are always honest and helpful, and now this person "uses" you talents to advertise! Disgusting!
